This family business knows exactly what they're doing. The prices were much cheaper than where I've been going. My oil change went quick and it was a very personable experience. Not like how my previous oil changes go, theirs normally a sales man telling me everything he thinks I need to get. Thanks so much you guys, I'll be coming here from now on.

We received an oil change on Tuesday, May 26th. The technician drained the oil and proceeded to tell me that They were out of the oil that I needed. So since it was already drained I needed to upgrade to the next step of oil. This was very frustrating to me as they should have told me that before they started draining the oil out of my car. And knew I would be stuck paying more. They will never get my business again

The staff was very helpful, honest, respectful, & informative. Didn't have to wait long for them to service my vehicle... was in & out less than 20 minutes. My son that's active duty took his vehicle there today, the staff honored a military discount, & did right by him. I personally recommend Big Ray's to anyone that wants the job done right the 1st time.

We had an incredible experience at Big Ray's in Normal. My daughter and I were driving back from St. Louis when we found ourselves in a really tough predicament with our car. It could have been a stressful situation, but Gavin and Michael completely turned it around for us. They were understanding, patient, and incredibly empathetic to our situation. I can't thank them enough and would refer them to anyone who needs a quality job done by trustworthy people.

Ok for an oil change, I don’t trust them to dig around anywhere else in my engine. They recommended an air filter change by showing me a very dirty air filter that had red outer edges. I denied the service. When I went to replace my filter I noticed my actual filter was not the one they showed me. Also the air sensor was not reattached and one of the screws were freshly stripped. My guess, they had a hard time getting my actual air filter out and showed me a decoy; it is very difficult to get my air filter cover off without disconnecting the battery, and of course my battery had not been disconnected.
